***ELIGIBILITY***

MISS CONTESTANTS -Born between 1996-2006 and must be at least 18 and no older than 27 by the State Competition

TEEN CONTESTANTS-Born between 2006-2010 and must be at least 14 and no older than 17 by the State Competition 

 

ALL CONTESTANTS MUST REGISTER WITH MISS AMERICA HERE:

($39.99/year for Teen & Miss Contestants) (Choose MISS ALABAMA and from there choose MISS LAKE MARTIN)

 

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR MISS LAKE MARTIN AS WELL AS MISS AMERICA.

THERE WILL BE A $30.00 FEE REQUIRED BY MISS AMERICA FOR EACH PRELIMINARY COMPETITION YOU ENTER. THIS WILL BE A DONATION TO THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION AND WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR SPOTFUND ACCOUNT.  THIS MUST BE PAID/RAISED/RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DAY OF COMPETITION.

• Talent Music (as applicable; MP3 or MP4 format only)

• FULL STATE Contract – please include all pages ( I will email this document once I have received your other documents) a scanned copy signed with applicable eligibility documents included  (only one is needed):

Copy of Driver’s License or Lease if competing as a resident of Alabama 

Copy of recent transcript if competing under student status 

Proof of Employment if competing as a full-time worker in Alabama 

• Eligibility Documents (scanned copy)

• Contestant Information Sheet 

• Rising Star Headshot 

• Please make sure all photos are high resolution 

 

PLEASE NOTE PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS MAY CHANGE AND UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Notarized ​​​​​​Items and other items listed below please send to Sherri Williams, 595 Winding Road  , Dadeville, AL 36853 they must be received before the deadline posted.

• Notarized items include Rules of Understanding (Local contract Teen and Miss) and Understanding of Scholarship Rules (Miss)

• ​​$100.00 Teen Fee (payable to Sherri Williams for Miss Lake Martin – venmo is available upon request)

• Certified copy of birth certificate (Teen only)

• No-Show Check of $50.00  (Miss only)

• ​Rising Star Fees $75.00 (check made payable to Sherri Williams for Miss Lake Martin  – venmo is available upon request)
